My favorite meal from Bretagne. I'm translating the recipe:
For 6 person
-Put 500 gr brown flour, 3 eggs, 20 gr butter, 3g salt, 1 cl bier, 1/4 liter milk. Mix all together and add 125 gr cooked butter (I guess it means melted butter:P)
-Let it rince for 45 minutes.
-Cook it with very little oil (like an omelette).
